Rosemary Garlic Roast Beef Sandwiches
I made open faced sandwiches on pumpernickel bread with rosemary garlic roast beef, a dollop of canola oil mayo, and a few drops of black truffle oil. The presentation was lovely, the aroma delightful, and the taste even better. The bread, rosemary, and truffle oil complemented Snow Day's dark chocolate/coffee/herbal/earthy flavors perfectly. Everyone else seemed to think so too!
