The first whiff is full of fresh sweet toffee-caramel-mocha coffee. It is a soft, not sharp, presence. Reminiscent of life’s epicurian pleasures: sweet malts.
The mouthfeel is creamy, with medium/full feeling, and light drinking. Giddy Up! finishes bright, light, and frisky. Residual acrid bitterness and astringency from coffee lingers - in a good way. Deceptively different and pleasing. Drinkable, not overpowering.
Roasted chilis. Lemon cake/scones/citrus. Coffee cake. Chocolate covered espresso beans. Bitter chocolate. Toffee/heath bar.
An array of inspiring hues emanate: garnet, chestnut, deep copper cowboy kettle, auburn.
