Ben & Jerry’s and New Belgium Polish off a Pint for POW

Oct 21, 2015

If there’s one thing that socially responsible B Corp businesses have learned, it’s that we can’t go at it alone. Never has the phrase “polishing off a pint” been so perfectly poised in any partnership for a delicious double-entendre. Collectively committed to making a better impact in our global communities, we proudly introduce Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale ice cream, which will be featured in Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops as well as in pints across the country as a Limited Batch flavor this fall. Our partnered beer, Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale, hits markets in the next couple of weeks.

A portion of the proceeds from the ice cream and the beer will benefit environmental non-profit, Protect Our Winters. We’re also encouraging you to request action via your governors to embrace Protect Our Winters and the Clean Power Plan to reduce carbon emissions.

Want to get in on the fun? Join New Belgium Brewing and the Ben & Jerry’s shop in Chapel Hill, N.C., for ‘Craft Beer, Ice Cream & Comedy for the Climate’ on Thursday, November 12 at The Cat’s Cradle. The ticketed event will celebrate New Belgium and Ben & Jerry’s collaboration, plus benefit Environment North Carolina – a statewide, citizen-funded advocacy group working for a cleaner, greener and healthier future.
