Sour Beer Symposium: Asheville

We had a packed house Thursday, May 2, at the --as yet to be opened--Top of the Monk with about 60 attendees and some of our North Carolina team, as well as Sensory Specialist, Lauren Salazar from Fort Collins.  Here's a fun interview with Lauren, that will give you a taste of the Sour Beer Symposium: Asheville...well, without the beer and experimenting to make your own sour beer!
