What's Next.

We’re learners, explorers, on a journey. We’ve set some lofty goals:

- to reduce our carbon footprint by 50%
- to reduce our water usage by 10%
- to increase our waste stream diversion rate from 68% to 80% (note: brewing by-products like spent grain and yeast are NOT included in these figures).

What we’ll be working on:

1. A cash and carbon balance on CO2 recovery
2. Researching the least negatively impactful filtration media
3. More on-site energy generation with solar photovoltaic and additional co-gen’s
4. Load-shedding, to reduce our peaks
5. Our 1st corporate sustainability report
6. A product life-cycle analyses
7. Sustainable purchasing guidelines
8. Increasing the sustainability of our fleet with plug-in electric hybrid vehicles and solar chargers (we currently drive 23 hybrids!)
9. A no-idling policy at our docks
10. Partnering with the city of Fort Collins to maintain a healthy watershed along the Poudre River.
