Available as the Revival beer in Folly Packs in fall 2013, Giddy Up sprang out of a New Belgium coworker's dream of opening a coffee roaster/house in Fort Collins. Born in fall 2008, Giddy Up is an espresso-infused ale with lemon peel.
The mouthfeel is creamy, with medium/full feeling, and light drinking. Giddy Up! finishes bright, light, and frisky. Residual acrid bitterness and astringency from coffee lingers - in a good way. Deceptively different and pleasing. Drinkable, not overpowering. Medium - Full
