Pull up a chair: Long Table Farmhouse Ale is out now

A four-course meal with four different beers? What are you, a beer store? When you’re kicking back at the table with friends, a huge spread, and nothing on the calendar but fun, a plug-and-play beer that seamlessly pairs with appetizers to desserts is a thing of beauty. Well, we’ve got just the beer for that occasion.

Long Table Farmhouse Ale, our newest seasonal clocking in at 6.2% ABV and 20 IBUs, takes a page from the classic Belgian and French farmhouse ales we love so much. Brewed with Munich malts, a pinch of rye, and traditional Belgian yeast, the beer delivers food friendly flavors like black pepper, baked bread crust, and subtle fruit. Plus, we added a delightfully hoppy spin to the style, creating a sip that whisks a taste of the tropics into the Old World. Nelson Sauvin and Chinook hops buoy the beer’s fruit notes with threads of citrus, guava and pineapple for a sip that’s bursting with flavor.

Pair Long Table with everything from meats to cheeses to fruits to salads—you can’t go wrong (OK, maybe cheese puffs are a bad call, but you get the idea). Want to know more about Long Table? Check out the videos below, which cover everything from tasting notes, style history, and so much more:
