It’s no secret that New Belgium is an amazing place to work: It’s fun, fulfilling and, well, pretty much a dream company. While we don’t need reassurance on that fact, it’s still pretty swell that New Belgium was recognized in Outside Magazine’s annual list of the “100 Best Places to Work,” clocking in at 35. Here’s an excerpt of what the magazine had to say:

“Fort Collins-based beer maker New Belgium Brewing is owned by its 640 employees, who have access to on-site volleyball courts, a cyclocross track, and an in-house gear shed.”

Sure the perks are awesome, but what really makes New Belgium an amazing place is that this employee-owned company uses business as a force for good. What does that mean? Since we’re on the topic, hit the links below to find out why all of us feel so good about coming to work everyday.
