The Origin Story
Each year, we release a special, elevated, and limited variant of our legacy dark sour, La Folie. For this year's release, we were inspired by the spicy, refreshing, and unique flavors of Thailand. Brewed with the spices often found in the sweet, creamy, and distinctively orange beverage known as Thai tea, this warming and fragrant La Folie Reserve is the perfect libation for all your cooler weather needs.
