The Origin Story
Originally inspired by the late summer peach lambics of Belgium, we've made several iterations of peach sours over the years. Palisade Peach is inspired by the beautiful and juicy peaches that grow on the Western Slope of Colorado and are harvested and enjoyed across the state in August. We use rescued, heirloom Glohaven peach puree from the Dominguez Canyon and a hint of vanilla for the perfect amount of ripe, tart, and refreshing peach flavor and aroma. Palisade Peach will have you feeling like you are biting into a peach at a roadside fruit stand on a hot, late summer Colorado afternoon.
