Asheville Tour de Fat FAQ
-
Where do I park? Well, this is a bicycle festival with beer, so ideally, you’ll ride your bike. But Emma Rd and Hazel Mill Public Parking is a great option if you choose to drive.
-
Are dogs/pets allowed? No. Because of the amount of people and the heat, pets are not allowed at Tour de Fat. Please don’t misunderstand us, we love dogs. But, we believe, that it is much safer to leave your pets at home on this specific day of the year. How about this, you are getting the treat of beer, why don’t you give your pets a treat and love on them when you get home. Thanks.
-
Do you offer food truck options? Yes. There will be a variety of food options for festival participants. Yum.
-
Are my TDF wooden tokens from past years still acceptable? Yes. This year we are trying to streamline beer sales so we will not be selling tokens. But, we will honor TDF Wooden tokens that have been purchased in the past for use at beer stations.
-
What if I don’t have a costume, can I still come to Tour de Fat? Sure! We accept anyone. Costumes are recommended and encouraged. All we ask is that you celebrate the bicycle, dance, have fun, be responsible and you must be over 21 years old to drink beer.

Will the brewery stay open normal hours after the show? You bet, the Liquid Center will be open until 9pm.
