The Origin Story
The Fort Collins Liquid Center's team of beer experts gave us the idea for a prickly pear and jalapeño margarita-style sour last year- just in time for the peak of the summer heat. It was SO delicious that we decided to make it the marquee beverage for this year’s Tour de Fat bicycle parade, toasting our one-of-a-kind Experimental Marketing Team that makes TdF happen, aptly named "The Carnies." We give you our 2025 Carnie Blood! Let this juicy and refreshing, sweet/tart cocktail-inspired beer quench your thirst and *oddly* cool you down with a fruity, *slightly* spicy kick!
Carnie Blood is available on draft and in 6-pack cans for a limited time exclusively at our Fort Collins and Asheville Liquid Centers.
