The Origin Story
The Fort Collins Liquid Center’s team of beer experts first gave us the idea for a prickly pear jalapeno margarita-style sour in 2024. It was so delicious that it quickly became the marquee beer for our annual bike festival, Tour de Fat. Carnie Blood is a toast to our favorite “Carnies,” the creative wizards behind a lot of the art in our breweries, the beautiful things we create for festivals and events, and the amazing experience that is Lost in the Woods. Let this juicy sweet/tart margarita-inspired beer quench your thirst and (oddly) cool you down with a fruity (slightly) spicy kick!
