New Belgium is committed to transforming the culture of craft beer with dedicated and intentional work to build a more diverse, equitable, and truly inclusive business. This year, New Belgium will be donating $10,000 to LGBTQ+ initiatives in communities where Biere de Queer is sold, including Smyal in Washington DC, The Alexander Foundation in Denver, CO., Rocky Mountain Equality in Fort Collins, CO., and Blue Ridge Pride Center Inc in Asheville, NC.
Brewed for All doesn’t just apply to our beer. Yes, we brew Biere de Queer each year in celebration and unwavering support of the LGBTQ+ community, but we are also proud to have achieved a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign 's 2026 Corporate Equality Index Report for the 6th year in a row. HRC's Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees. Receiving this score shows how important it is to us that we recognize the responsibility and value in upholding the evolving needs of our LGBTQ+ community.
