This bold and juicy foeder-aged golden sour was fermented with blood orange, pineapple, and dark sweet cherries, and then infused with rum-soaked French oak spirals to finish. The result is a tropical vacation in every sip.
To create Wild One, we blended our golden sour with dark sweet cherries, pineapple, and blood orange juice, the wild yeast seamlessly blended the fruit juice with our golden-aged sour beer. Once fermentation was complete, for the final touch, we infused it with rum-soaked oak spirals for a smooth finish. The result is a juicy foeder-aged fruited golden sour delivering a taste of paradise in every sip. This is not the Jungle Juice you were drinking in college, and for that, you’re welcome!
